Numbers on front of shirts: £1.50 per shirt
Numbers on shorts: £1.50 per pair
Sponsors print on front of shirt: £4.00 per shirt (regardless of colours)
Squad names on shirts: £4.00 per shirt
Printed club badge: £3.50 per shirt*
Heat pressed embroidered club badge: £1.95 per shirt**
Embroidered club badge £3.95 per shirt (with a setup charge of £50 if we have not done your badge before)

** Our embroidery is done on badges that are heat pressed onto the garments and is offered at zero set up charges a minimum order of 25 badges is required.
Order more than you need and we will store the badges here and you can call them off as and when you require them.

If you have a design which needs producing into a patch, how do you get started?

Send Us Your Image - email us your image, this allows us to determine the stitchcount, embroidery is based on the amount of stitches per design

The finished size of your patch - If you know the size that's great, we would want to know the height, we can then work out the width from your image. When you see companies quoting for a 3" patch for example, this is worked out by adding the height and width together and dividing by 2 (Simple maths eh!)

The finish of your patch - As the badges are Iron on the patches will be hot-knife cut border.

Hot-Knife Border - This is where a thinner border is placed around the edge of the design and then the patch is cut to shape, this is perfect for iron-on backings as the adhesive backing can go close to the edges of the patch thus allowing more of the patch to be in contact with the garment. Please note that the image has also been cut-out inside the birds legs.

You have given me a great quote, I now want to order my patches

1. Advise us of the quantity you would like to order, we will then raise a job pack which will send the artwork for digitisation

2. On receipt of your payment, we will arrange for a scanned image of your patch to be emailed to you, this will show how your finished patch will look. You have the opportunity here to make any changes you require. If everything is ok, we will proceed with the order. We WILL NOT proceed until you are happy. (Please Note: Should you choose not to continue with the order after the digitisation/scanned stage, we reserve the right to charge the digitisation cost of £35.00 plus vat)

3. We will then place the patch into production and when ready, we will despatch them out to you.

4. Will repeat orders be cheaper - because we do not charge set-up or origination costs on completed orders, repeat orders for the same quantities, sizes etc will be charged the same, although we do have to take into account any outside factors such as material costs.
